The Omni Foundation for the Performing Arts is a San Francisco non-profit that presents the Dynamite Guitars concert series. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what we do with it.
We never sell or rent your information, and we do not collect payment details on this site. Tickets are sold by our ticketing partners, Humanitix and City Box Office, under their own privacy policies.
Mailing-list addresses are stored with Constant Contact, our email service. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works with one click. You can also write to us at the address below to be removed.
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to understand whether our concert advertising works: for example, how many people who saw an ad visited this site or bought a ticket. Meta may use cookies and receives event data such as page views and ticket-button clicks. Where we send Meta customer information (such as an email address), it is hashed first. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook ad preferences.
Our ticketing partner Humanitix also reports checkout events (such as purchases) for the same measurement purpose.
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. For almost everyone that is a single email address.
Email info@omniconcerts.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the address you want removed. We will delete it from our own records and from Constant Contact, our email service, within 30 days, and reply to confirm. If we had reached you with a Meta (Facebook) advertising audience built from a hashed copy of your email, removing you from our list also removes you from that audience the next time it refreshes.
This is also the way to exercise any other request about your information, such as asking what we hold or correcting it.
